Manager Rainout Procedures

1) Send rainout/reschedule emails to rainout@maapark.org. This will be the email address only for MAA rainouts.

2) Put the word RAINOUT in the subject line somewhere so it  can easily separate your mail from spam.

3) Note your age group such as 11UB or 11UG, MAA team number, manager name, and date/time of game rained out.

4) Please note any special scheduling circumstances in the email to help speed up the process.

What to expect:

For the 2011 season, MAA does not have scheduled games on Mondays and Tuesdays, nor any scheduled concession workers.   It is not currently plan to reschedule any rainouts on Mondays or Tuesdays at this point in time.  Rescheduling rained out games in the available, yet limited, openings in May and June.

Given the days we operate and with working around tournaments curretnly that leaves dates in July.
