MAA Park Improvements
The directors have big plans in the next couple of years to improve the Manchester Ballpark.  The association is now 100% debt free so we can focus resources during the next few years on such areas as repairing fields & buildings, painting, asphalt repairs and sealing, painting, new netting, equipment, and landscaping.

2007 Improvements...

New Web Site:   As you may have noticed our web site has been completely replaced with a ball park management system.  We spent several hundred hours researching and implementing an online ball park management system to help streamline the registration process; share information among directors, managers & parents; and to keep everyone better informed.  The implementation has yielded great success so far this year.  We will continue the implementation process during the year to add features such as Team Registration and online schedules.  Check back for more updates...

Roof Replacement:  One large capital expenditure will be to replace the roofs on the White House and on the Strothkamp building.  This expenditure is necessary as the roofs are in bad condition and cannot be insured in their current condition.  Director Bob Martin will be heading up the roof replacement project during 2007.

Landscaping Project:  Wendy McGowan has undertaken the chore of figuring out how to make the ball park look more attractive through a landscaping effort.  She has a lot of ideas and energy.  If you have a green thumb or just a strong set of hands and want to help out, contact Wendy to give her a hand.  A few energized supporters can make all the difference in how our park looks.  Contact Wendy McGowan at 636-399-5007 to volunteer for a landscaping volunteer committee.

Check out our separate Landscpaping Update page to see what's going on, landscaping donations, and our plans for the park...
